Year 10's gain Inside Knowledge

A large group of Year 10 students took part in an Inside Knowledge workshop recently which is normally aimed at Year 12 students.

The day aims to help students understand the demands of the world of work, demonstrate the importance of the first 90 seconds of an interview, how to present and pitch a business idea and how to operate in different professional roles. They also examined and evaluated body language and how to approach an interview.

The mentors have just worked at Eton and Charterhouse and found their day at Queen's "unique" and "refreshing" stating that the students they worked with were mature beyond their years and conducted themselves in creative and interesting ways.
