Inspection Reports

ISI carries out work on behalf of the Department for Education to ensure that educational quality standards are met throughout the sector. The inspection framework under which we were assessed is new and is divided into two main areas, the focused compliance inspection and the education quality inspection.

Similarly, the inspection report is divided into two sections, the first of which focuses on regulatory compliance and only reports upon those standards found in the regulatory framework.

These standards cover areas of safeguarding, health and safety and quality of leadership – they are either met or not met and the school is either deemed to be compliant or non-compliant. We are delighted to report that, in all areas, the school was found to be fully compliant.

The second part of the report focuses on the quality of the school’s work.  The inspection team worked to make judgements on two key outcomes: the pupils’ personal development and their achievement.

In our last inspection (2022), we were absolutely delighted that the inspectors recognised the work which is going on in the school and appreciated the unique nature of our community.

Pupils, staff and the wider community carry immense pride for Queen’s and we are delighted that the inspection team recognised the very real qualities which exist at Queen’s College.
