Drama Graduate

Fixed term contract - 23rd August, 2019, to 6th July, 2020.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident Drama Graduate to support all the activities of the Drama Department in the academic year 2019-20, including some teaching work.

The successful candidate will have a real interest in drama and theatre, and its benefits to self-confidence, discipline and teamwork. Some experience working with young people in a theatre environment would be useful.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic and innovative Drama Graduate to contribute to a high profile and successful Drama Department.

You will assist with the school’s programme of co-curricular Drama, including small- and full-scale productions and running co-curricular clubs. The post will also involve providing admin support to the Drama Department and participating in and helping to organise appropriate trips and visits.

If you are a well-qualified Drama Graduate with excellent subject knowledge, enthusiasm and the ability to inspire, excite and motivate pupils in Drama we would be delighted to hear from you.

A competitive salary will be offered alongside a specifically tailored training programme.

This is a full time post with some out of hours work required.

Resident Matron - Hutton House

Competitive salary and benefits

We are looking to recruit a Resident Matron in our Hutton (senior girls) boarding house. 

The matron will assist with and contribute to the supervision and care of our senior girl boarders, with particular responsibility for the health, clothing and general wellbeing of those in the house.
