We are delighted to have signed up to the Boarding Schools' Association's COVID-Safe Charter.
Our Admissions Department remains open and, although we cannot arrange visits at present, we would be pleased to organise online meetings to discuss inquiries and registrations.
We look forward to hearing from you.
The Learning Development department caters for those children identified as requiring additional support.
Every child’s progress is monitored in line with the College’s Assessment policy. We aim to help every child fulfil his or her potential. For pupils who require additional support we have a team of highly qualified, well informed and experienced staff who support the children in their learning.
The Learning Development staff assess their pupils regularly using a variety of current, age-appropriate tests to prepare individualised programmes to use in the support lessons.
The department is equipped with a wide range of diverse teaching materials, specialist programmes, back-up games and computer software and equipment. Resources are regularly updated so that the department remains at the cutting edge of provision for the individual needs of each student.
Homework is provided for each child having support so that work can be reinforced at home. This enables parents to be involved in their child’s learning and to establish a home/school partnership.
