Time to get active!

Liz Halls, our Director of Girls’ Games, leads an inspirational programme of sport and wellbeing activity for all ages. Each day during term-time, Liz will guide you through a programme aimed to tone the mind and the body.

  • Manic Monday – A 20-minute circuit training to kickstart the week!
  • Trickshot Tuesday – Fun challenges for all ages.
  • Skilful Wednesday – Taekwondo classes for beginners to intermediate.
  • Thoughtful Thursday – Yoga, Core Training to balance the mind as well as the body.
  • How Fast Friday – Running or cycling challenges from 2k to 20K.
  • Strava Club Saturday – Download Strava, join the Queen's Running Club and create your own Strava art.

For those of you who have not taken part in any physical activity for some time, why not join Liz as she shows you how to go ‘From Couch to 5k’ in her three-week programme (see below).
