Queen’s College is based in the vibrant, market town of Taunton, Somerset, in the South West of England. Just over two hours to London by train, with good motorway and train networks, the town is ideally located. The School is a walkable distance from the centre of the town which offers a wide variety of high street shops, cafés, restaurants, and a cinema and bowling alley are located on the outskirts, all visited regularly by our students! Within easy driving distance are both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, which we use for outward bound activities, as well as dramatic coastline and seaside resorts for weekend trips. The historic cities of Exeter, Bristol, Bath and Salisbury are all within an hour’s drive and our students have the best of both worlds – an exciting yet safe town to explore with access to some of the best countryside in the UK.
