School Transport

Queen’s College operates a fleet of 10 modern vehicles, maintained and operated to the highest professional and regulatory standards. All vehicles meet current carbon emission regulations and are fitted as standard with speed limiters, seat-belts, fire extinguishers and first aid kits. This investment reflects our commitment to pupil safety, environmental responsibility and the delivery of a high‑quality transport service that meets the expectations of our school community.

We are pleased to introduce our new in‑house school transport service, designed to provide a safe and reliable travel option for our pupils. By bringing this provision fully under the direct control of the College, we are able to offer families enhanced consistency, accountability and reassurance. All drivers are directly employed by Queen’s College, DBS‑checked and first aid trained, ensuring pupils are cared for by familiar, trusted professionals with shared values and safeguarding culture.

Each journey is managed using an electronic registration system, through Vectare, enabling accurate recording of attendance with live updates to support safeguarding and operational oversight.
