Group Immersion Programmes

Group Immersion Programmes

Designed for students aged 7-14, these programmes offer full integration into the school’s academic, co-curricular, and boarding life. Specialist English as an Additional Language (EAL) support is available to ensure students gain the most from their time at Queen’s. To maintain a truly immersive experience, a maximum of 12 students per year group can be accommodated.

Group bookings of up to 25 students are welcomed during term time, with one complimentary group leader place for every ten students. The group leader must provide overnight supervision. Students take part in the full school timetable alongside their peers, as well as enjoying access to Queen’s extensive co-curricular programme after school each day, subject to availability. Saturday morning activities and the weekend boarding programme offer further immersion opportunities for exploration, with on-site activities, use of sports facilities, and a variety of trips.

Accommodation is carefully arranged to ensure students truly experience life within the boarding community. Groups of 15 or fewer stay living alongside UK boarders and other international students for a full British Boarding experience.

Boarding Experiences

At Queen’s College, the boarding experience is designed to keep students engaged and active while also allowing for relaxation and downtime. On campus, students can enjoy a variety of activities, from table football and air hockey to music practice and movie nights, while the outdoor adventure playground becomes a favourite during warmer weather. Weekends blend structured activities, such as mini-golf and farm visits, with free time for swimming or simply unwinding with friends.
