GCSE Exam Results

Queen's College Taunton Head of College, Julian Noad“The headlines are pleasing, but, moreover, I am enormously proud of our pupils and their many stories of individual success. I am also grateful to the fantastic staff who provide such wonderful support. GCSE results day is a significant point in every young person’s career and yet just a stepping stone in Queen’s preparation ‘For Life’.”

Julian Noad, Head of College

At Queen’s College, we’re proud to see our pupils consistently achieve outstanding GCSE results that reflect both academic excellence and personal growth.

As a proudly non-selective school, these achievements tell a bigger story – one of expert teaching, strong relationships, and a belief that every pupil can achieve more than they thought possible.

This year, Queen’s has been ranked in the top 2% of schools nationally for value-added progress, meaning pupils achieved, on average, one full grade higher in every subject than predicted. This exceptional progress highlights the strength of our teaching, the commitment of our pupils, and the supportive partnership we build with families.

Beyond the numbers, these results celebrate individual journeys – the quiet determination, the resilience, and the moments of confidence gained along the way. Our pupils leave Year 11 ready for the next step, equipped with the skills and self-belief to thrive.
