On Thursday evening Queen’s welcomed 36 volunteers – a mix of parents, OQs and local professionals to the Wyvern Hall as delegates for a careers evening. As a precursor to the Year 10 Careers and Employability week starting on 24 June the students had the opportunity to quiz our delegates about their careers and professions in a speed dating style format. Rotating around tables our students had 2 minutes to speak to each volunteer gaining an insight into the variety of roles, all listed in the booklet.
