Last week, the Sixth Form pupils enjoyed an evening of barn dancing, fun, and laughter as part of an icebreaker event aimed at bringing the students together. The event featured lively music, where pupils learned various dances and had the chance to mingle with their peers in a relaxed and festive atmosphere. Snacks were enjoyed throughout the evening, adding to the enjoyment as students bonded and began forming new friendships.
The night concluded with a prize ceremony, recognising some standout participants. Aria was awarded the Best Dressed title, while Skye and Ellie were named Most Enthusiastic. The award for Best Dancers went to Joe, Archie, Will, and Andre, who impressed everyone with their moves on the dance floor.
For many, it was their first time experiencing a barn dance, making it a memorable and unique start to the year. The event successfully brought together pupils and staff, fostering a sense of community and creating lasting memories as they embark on an exciting year ahead.
