Music continues to thrive at Queen’s , and the inaugural St Cecilia’s whole school concert on Sunday, 17 November, was a true celebration of talent and creativity. The standard of performance and the variety of the programme showcased the vibrant musical life that spans all age groups at the school.

The concert featured an eclectic mix of performances, from acoustic guitar and Joan Baez ballads to Handel arias, harp solos, string trios, and piano medleys blending Chopin with chart hits. Highlights included beautiful contributions from international students, adding a global touch to the evening. A special moment came as Queen’s talented music teachers joined the students on stage, demonstrating the power of practice and perseverance.
