Molly raises money for st margaret’s hospice

Posted: 28th February 2024

Molly (Year 8) has taken on a mammoth challenge to raise money for Cancer Research UK in memory of Molly’s Nanny, who sadly passed in 2020. As a leap year baby, yesterday would have been her 60th birthday and to mark the occasion, together with her Mum and Grandad, Molly has been walking and running 60 miles throughout February. Despite the challenges of Somerset weather, they have pushed through and raised over £1200! Molly has really enjoyed the challenge and getting to spend more time with her family. We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved together, and hope that this will inspire others to  do something positive to embrace the challenges they face head on. Well done, Molly!
