Music

Students who play a musical instrument can take advantage of individual music lessons. All musicians are encouraged to participate in the various orchestras, choirs or many school productions which are staged every year.

Sport

Games and sport are an integral part of school life and Queen’s boasts a stunning range of on-site grass pitches, two astroturf pitches, sports hall (basketball, netball and cricket nets), strength and conditioning equipment and gym, tennis courts and swimming pool. All are situated on one site in a private 36-acre estate. Queen’s also offers certain special-interest sports: equestrianism, rock-climbing and rowing, to name but a few. Queen’s is currently supporting national, international and Junior Olympic level competitors in swimming, hockey, athletics, equestrian sports and even bobsleigh. All levels of sporting competition are very much encouraged and our international pupils often find new interests and a passion for getting involved.

Theatre and Drama

Students are encouraged to take part in one of the many school performances that take place every year, across all year groups. A Queen’s College production is unlike other school productions – watch our video to see what it’s like!
