Delancey UK School’s Chess Challenge

Delancey UK School’s Chess Challenge

This term students in the senior school have been taking part in the Delancey UK School’s Chess Challenge.

The first phase of the competition, the Megafinal, has reached an end, with Jonah (Year 11), achieving the highest score in a series of in-house matches this term. Tristan (Year 10) achieved second place, and Will (Year 11) third place.

The top-scoring students are invited to play in the next phase of the competition, the Giganfinal, held in June. This will see top players from across the South West competing to make it through to the Terafinal held at Blenheim Palace later in the year.
