On Friday, the Prep School Summer Fayre was a fun-filled extravaganza!
Children from Queens Minis to Year 6, buzzed with excitement as they visited an array of stalls, each offering a unique game, from welly-wanging to beat the goalie. With each completed activity, children picked up a star for their sticker cards, which they exchanged for fantastic prizes!
A real highlight was a visit from the local fire brigade, bringing with them a fire engine, allowing children to climb aboard and explore it’s impressive features. Many thanks to Taunton Fire Service for taking the time to be there, it was greatly appreciated by all.
But the biggest cheers of the day were for the stocks where children got the chance to launch wet sponges at Prep staff! Needless to say, a good-natured soaking ensued!
Thank you to all of the staff and parent volunteers who helped make this event such as success!
