Prep Outdoor Education Discovery Day

Prep Outdoor Education Discovery Day

Posted: 6th June 2024

On Tuesday Years 3,4 and 5 students had a fun-filled Discovery Day.

The scenario of the day: A mad scientist, Dr Hazard, set loose figures from across history onto the Queen’s College site.  The 107 students in 12 teams including some children on taster days had to make the brave effort to return the time travellers home.

Over the course of the day, the teams completed a combined total of 100 team challenges displaying great teamwork, communication, and a real sense of fun throughout the day. The day rounded off in the grand finale of the tug of time. The students in their houses competed to rescue the last of the ‘’time travellers’’ (some brave staff and Sixth Formers who love to play dress up!). The students of Queen’s College Prep School did themselves and the school proud!
