On Wednesday, the Year 5 pupils enjoyed practising their German with some of our Senior School native German speakers. In a German café style experience, the pupils used euros to ‘buy’ snacks and drinks using the language that they have been learning in class. It was lovely to see the pupils taking risks, having a go with the language and creating variations of our dialogue. Many thanks to parents for their food contributions and a huge thank you to our native German speakers: Ella, Ellie, Franz and Louise.
