Following National Grandparents’ Day on Sunday, Queen’s was thrilled to welcome the grandparents of Nursery, Pre-Prep, and Prep children to school on Monday morning. Over 100 grandparents attended, making it a truly special occasion for everyone involved.
The day began with a warm reception, where grandparents and children enjoyed tea, cakes, and plenty of smiles. It was a wonderful opportunity for the children to proudly introduce their grandparents to friends and teachers, filling the room with laughter and shared stories.
Afterwards, the grandparents were given a tour of the classrooms, allowing them to see the children’s work and experience a glimpse of school life. This was a fantastic way for them to witness the learning and creativity that their grandchildren engage in every day.
A big thank you goes to all the grandparents who joined us and made the morning so special. Their involvement means so much to the children, and Queen’s looks forward to welcoming them again in the future!
