On a beautiful May evening, the Prep school provided blissful entertainment with the Summer Concert 2025. There was such a variety of styles and such an incredible level of performance, it was a concert everyone could love!
Ensembles included the Year 3 & 4 choir and the Year 5 & 6 choir, led by Ms Herriman, wowing the audience with wonderful harmonies, the Super Strings with their teacher Mrs Wallace, the Guitar Group with Mr Roche, the jaunty Recorder Trio and of course the spectacular Prep Orchestra, conducted by Mr Kenward. Then there was also a host of breathtaking solos including songs by Gracie-Jean and Megan, violin pieces from Timisayo and Theo, cello from Ege and a guitar waltz from Emilie.
The standard of musicality across the whole programme was truly impressive, showing just how Music is central to life in the Prep school. And with so much virtuosity, it’s lovely to see that there is also so much joy!
