You will be operating within a vibrant and recently refreshed fleet of school minibuses, maintained to an excellent standard to support safe and efficient transport operations.

A strong commitment to safeguarding and the ability to build positive, respectful relationships with pupils and parents are essential.

The role involves helping to maintain and enhance the entire school site, working closely with the Grounds and Gardens Foreman to ensure the efficient preparation and upkeep of gardens and sports facilities across the College.

Queen’s College is renowned for the high quality of its grounds and sports pitches, and the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the existing team to uphold these standards. Responsibilities include assisting with the maintenance, preparation and presentation of all garden areas to ensure the site is consistently well presented. The role will also involve contributing to the upkeep of the College’s extensive sports facilities, including seven rugby pitches, six cricket pitches and five multi-use games surfaces, all maintained to a high standard.

A professional, courteous, friendly and methodical approach is required as the role involves contact with staff, students, parents and visiting sports teams to the school.
