Queen’s College Taunton seeks a passionate and dedicated Early Years Leader to join our vibrant Prep School. This rewarding role will see you play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of the children across the nursery phase, creating a warm and stimulating environment where they flourish and reach their full potential.
As the Deputy Nursery Manager, you will:
Lead Practice: Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children thrive through purposeful play and curiosity-led learning.
Support Your Team: Mentor practitioners in delivering high-quality experiences, ensuring all children reach their potential.
Build Strong Relationships: Work in partnership with parents, staff, and external professionals to promote excellent outcomes for every child.
Drive Quality & Compliance: Promote reflective practice, uphold EYFS and safeguarding standards, and support continuous improvement.
